Staff Sgt. Ty M. Carter Awarded the Medal of Honor

Today, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Ty M. Carter was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions at COP Keating on Oct. 3, 2009, in one of the most intense battle in the war in Afghanistan.
